PAYMENT TERM

I – PAYMENT POLICY

1 - Customers buy products

 - Payment in advance before order (delivery) from 20% to 50% of contract value

 - Pay from 70% to 90% when delivery at site (installation site)

 - Pay from 90% to 95% after installation and acceptance

 - Pay 100% after expiry of the warranty period (or when the bank guarantee certificate is issued)

Note: Some special cases may be negotiated

2 - Customers rent Equipment - Services

 A – RENTAL PER SHIFT

 - Payment in advance 30% - 50% of contract value before implementation

 - Pay 100% of the contract value after acceptance of the work

Note: Some special cases may be negotiated

B – RENTAL IN LONG TERM

 - Payment in advance 50% - 100% of the rental value of a period (month)

 - Customers pay according to the acceptance value per period (month)

 - When the contract is terminated, the customer can clear the deposit to settle
